Arrival and Preparation (5 minutes):
Check-in at our reception and be guided to the Zen Den.
Brief introduction to the zero gravity chair and its features.
Settle into the chair and get comfortable.
Relaxation Session (20 minutes):
Recline in the zero gravity chair and let the gentle pressure relief take over. Enjoy the ambient glow of salt lamps, enhancing the calming atmosphere. Put on our premium headphones and choose from a selection of guided meditations or sound therapy tracks.Drift into a state of deep relaxation as the combination of sound and light therapy works its magic.
Transition Back (5 minutes):
