TEACHER TRAINING: ASSISTS AND ADJUSTMENTS

Join Maribeth MacKenzie, certified Yoga Therapist, as she guides you through a MUST-HAVE workshop for all yoga teachers.

Assists help your students feel optimal alignment, movement of energy, and lightness of being in their poses.

Adjusts help you support your students so that they do the expression of the pose that is right for their body with out harming themselves or creating misalignment patterns.

We will be focusing on hands-on assists and verbal cues that will help teachers of all levels deepen their teaching skills.
